you do not wish to purchase this plan. Your signed lease and 50% of the
rent must be paid within 10 days to confirm your reservation. You may
confirm your reservation by check, money order, MC/Visa, or Discover.

office, we'll give you an idea of what time your home will be ready: head
for the beach, go shopping ... whatever!
OCCUPANCY - The number of guests we book into a home is determined by the
capacity of the home and agreement with the owner. This is the maximum
number of people allowed to occupy the property. All guests must be listed
on the Lease. No subleasing. Dolphin Realty Inc. leases homes without
respect to the race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap or
familial status of any party. We rent to family groups only unless
special arrangements are made at the time of reservation. If a group
misrepresents itself in any manner, we reserve the right to terminate the
lease and have the premises vacated immediately with no refund of any monies.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES - In case of cancellation, transfer or change in any
reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we
represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed for the canceled
period. All cancels, changes and transfers are subject to a minimum charge of $50. You may call us to cancel but follow
with a written notice. We must have notice of any cancellations, changes
or transfers in writing from you.
LODGING PROTECTION PLAN - You probably don't want to think about it. And no
one else wants to discourage you by talking about it. But the plain fact
is that travel involves some unique risks and the unexpected does occur -
you or your child or another family member can become seriously ill or
injured or severe weather might cause your trip to be canceled or
interrupted. Your travel plans just aren't complete until you protect
yourself against these risks by choosing the valuable Lodging Protection
Plan.
REFUNDS OR BREAKDOWNS - No appliances, air conditioners, TV sets, VCRs, pools
or hot tubs are guaranteed. We will make every attempt to have repairs
made quickly. Repair services are limited so call us promptly. No refunds

Weather on the Outer Banks can be unpredictable. During the "Hurricane

threatens. The owners that Dolphin Realty manages property for DO NOT
refund unless the property is severely damaged or destroyed. Add peace of
mind to your vacation! You've made a significant investment in your trip
so why not protect it - just as you purchase insurance to protect the
